Fall....Autumn....Whatever.

Okay guys so fall is coming (YAY!) and I've been out collecting my fall goodies before it's officially here. I don't know about the rest of you but this past summer was way too hot (like, stupid hot) and I'm super excited to finally wear blazers and scarves again without fear of passing the hell out.

I'm so in love with Bath and Body Works' fall scents! I am particularly cuddling up with my body pillow to this lovely scent: Autumn. Imagine that smell after baking desserts in your home all day and the smell settling at the end of the night mixed with the faint sent of pine. Yup, that's what it smells like.

Quesadillas & Margaritas

It was a really nice day today and I told Karima I was going on an adventure and she had to come with me. Our adventure turned out to be a trip to the hair store and some Mexican food but it was life changing, dammit!

Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken

What's For Dinner?
Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken

I've been browsing my Pinterest for meal ideas and came across an easy (and delicious) one for chicken (of course!)

What you'll need:

• boneless chicken breast
• mozzarella cheese sticks
• green onions
• minced garlic

Cut the chicken breast in half (length wise) to make the pieces thinner. Season to your liking.

Chop up the green onions and let it cook on the stove with the minced garlic for a couple minutes. Just enough to soften them up.

Cut the mozzarella sticks in half

Add the green onion/garlic mix and half a cheese stick to the chicken breast then roll it up, securing with a toothpick.

Set oven to 400 degrees and bake for 30-35 min

(The recipe said to bake for 15-18 minutes but I found that wasn't enough time to let the chicken cook all the way through.)

Side note: I couldn't really taste the mozzarella so I would use a different kind of cheese next time for my own personal taste.
